Zoi Oil does not save card information, and it remains the exclusive property of the card holder at all times, whether before, during, or after a purchase. Your payment information is protected with industry standard 128 Bit SSL encryption during checkout to ensure the safety of your private information in addition to processing all credit cards through a highly secure and reputable third party payment processor. ZOI OIL DOES NOT RETAIN any credit card information. 

SHIPPING AND VERIFICATION

Please provide the billing address and contact information exactly as it appears on your bank or credit card statement. Transactions may fail if the information submitted differs from what your bank or credit card issuer has on file. Some transactions may be paused for additional verification by our customer service staff. Please also give the right mailing address (street number and name, city, state, and zip code), as we are not responsible for items sent to the wrong address if the address information is incorrectly submitted.

Cancellation & Return Policy

We gladly accept cancellations. Request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase.

We don’t accept returns or exchanges. But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

All items are FINAL SALE: Please understand that these items are custom made and/or personal care products. We cannot re-sell them, EVEN IF the packaging and seals are still intact. If we were selling clothing for example, we could accept returns because we could resell the items if they are un-worn, but personal care products are very different. We cannot recoup the loss and have to end up throwing the items into the trash can. So please ask any and all questions you may have before purchasing to avoid getting something you cannot use, and if you have any allergies, please let us know before purchasing.
